1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of Signify GEO websites operated by 1582636 B.C. LTD., including signifygeo.com and any related subdomains, and the relationship between you and Signify GEO before any paid engagement begins. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Signify GEO. References to “you” mean you, the visitor or prospect.

2. What we offer

Signify GEO is an SEO and AI search visibility (Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO) services business. Our public website explains the offer, and a strategy call is the only conversion action this site asks for.

Booking a call, replying to an email, or downloading any free resource does not create a service contract. A paid engagement starts only when both parties sign a Statement of Work (SOW) which sets out scope, pricing, term, and any service-level commitments. The SOW controls the engagement. These site terms do not.

3. No outcome guarantees

Search engine rankings, AI assistant recommendations, inquiry volume, booked jobs, conversions, and revenue are influenced by factors outside our control, including search algorithm changes, market conditions, your own execution, and external platforms. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, inquiry, or revenue outcome on this site, in any email, in any sales call, or under any SOW unless a specific written SLA is signed in the SOW itself.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape or systematically extract content from this site.
• Reproduce, sell, license, or republish our content without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass any access control, including the preview lock that gates pre-launch routes.
• Use this site or any communication from us to send unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or fraudulent content.
• Reverse-engineer, attempt to derive source code, or interfere with the operation of any tool we provide.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics, layouts, and logos, is owned by 1582636 B.C. LTD. or used under license. The Signify GEO name and brand are protected trademarks. You may share short quotes with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial sections without permission.

6. Service providers

This site uses Cal.com to power its booking widget and Vercel for hosting. Business email is handled through Google Workspace and email delivery tooling. Customer communication, including opted-in text conversations, is tracked in customer relationship management software. Each provider has its own terms and privacy policies, which apply to the parts of the experience it handles.

7. Text messaging terms

Text messages from 1582636 B.C. LTD. DBA Signify GEO are optional. By giving us your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive non-marketing Customer Care text messages from 1582636 B.C. LTD. DBA Signify GEO about your inquiry, appointment coordination, service follow-up, and service updates. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message type: non-marketing Customer Care text messages about your inquiry, appointment coordination, service follow-up, and service updates. Text messages originate from +1 507-623-2495.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to +1 507-623-2495 to opt out. After you send STOP to us, we will send you a text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

The text messaging program is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older (18+).

We do not use this text messaging program for unsolicited SMS prospecting or promotional blast messages. Text messages are non-marketing Customer Care only. Additional details are posted on our Contact Us page.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site or contacting us, you confirm you have read it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1582636 B.C. LTD. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any pre-engagement conversation, including lost profits or business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months.

Different limits may apply once a paid engagement begins. Those limits are set in the SOW.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
