- We collect what you give us when you book a call or reply to an email.
- We use it to talk to you about Signify GEO and to deliver work if you become a client.
- We use service providers to run the business, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
- Text messages are optional. Mobile opt-in data is not shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
- If you agree to a recorded call, we use the recording and transcript for internal notes, follow-up, and service delivery.

1. Who we are
Signify GEO is operated by 1582636 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia corporation. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Signify GEO unless otherwise noted.

2. What we collect
We collect the information you give us. That is usually:
- Your name and email address (email replies, booking forms).
- Your business name, website, and service area (booking forms, replies).
- Your mobile phone number, text-message consent status, opt-out status, and message content if you choose to communicate with us by text.
- Anything you tell us in conversation (call notes, intake answers).
- If you agree to a recorded call: the call recording, transcript, AI-assisted summary, highlights, action items, speaker details, and related meeting metadata.
- For paying clients only: billing details handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
We also collect basic technical information that any web server logs, like the date you visited a page and the browser you used. When advertising measurement is enabled for an approved test or campaign, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads measurement tags may also collect page views and basic interaction events so we can understand whether ads led to a booking inquiry.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and book a call.
- To send optional non-marketing Customer Care text messages about your inquiry, appointment coordination, service follow-up, and service updates when you have selected the SMS consent checkbox.
- To prepare and deliver work if you become a client.
- To keep accurate internal notes from consented calls, prepare follow-up, deliver or improve the service you asked about, and resolve questions about what was discussed.
- To send invoices and reports.
- To improve our offer based on what prospects and clients tell us.
- To meet our legal obligations (including Canadian and applicable international rules on commercial email and personal information).
Our legal basis for processing your information is your consent (when you book a call or reply to us) and our legitimate interest in running the business and providing services you have asked for.
4. SMS consent disclosures

- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
The SMS consent checkbox on the Contact Us page is optional and unchecked by default.
5. Service providers we use
We use the following service providers to run the business. Each processes only the data needed for its job, under its own privacy policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are handled under the SMS-specific limit below.
- Cal.com: booking software. Stores name, email, business name, and meeting time.
- Google Workspace: email and calendar. Stores email correspondence and meeting invitations.
- Fathom: call-recording, transcription, and AI-assisted meeting-note software. Processes consented call recordings, transcripts, summaries, highlights, action items, attendee details, and meeting metadata.
- Email delivery tooling: supports business email operations and stores email delivery records.
- Customer relationship management software: stores contact records, deal stages, notes, text-message consent records, and text conversations for prospects and clients.
- Vercel: website hosting. Stores routine server access logs.
- Stripe: payment processor (clients only). Handles card and billing information.
- Meta: advertising measurement when Meta Pixel is enabled for an approved test or campaign. Receives page-view and basic conversion-event data.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads: advertising measurement when Google measurement is enabled for an approved test or campaign. Receives page-view and basic conversion-event data.
- SEO and content fulfillment partners: for paying clients, we may share project-specific data with the fulfillment team that delivers the SEO and content work. Specific partner names are disclosed in your client agreement and a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) if applicable. This does not include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
We do not sell your personal information. When Meta Pixel or Google measurement is enabled, those providers may process event data for advertising measurement as described above.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
This SMS-specific limit applies to your mobile phone number, text-message consent status, opt-out status, and text messaging originator opt-in records.
6. How long we keep it
- Prospect records: up to 24 months from the last contact, then archived or deleted on request.
- Client records: while the engagement is active, plus a reasonable period after for tax, audit, and legal-defense purposes.
- Email correspondence: retained as long as Google Workspace stores it, subject to standard mailbox retention rules.
- Text-message consent, opt-out logs, and related message records: retained as needed to honor consent choices, prove compliance, and manage prospect or client conversations.
- Accidental, declined-consent, or withdrawn-consent recordings: deleted as soon as practical once identified or confirmed as non-consented.
- Prospect call recordings and transcripts that do not lead to ongoing work: typically deleted within 30 days of the call. Before deletion, we may extract the minimum internal notes needed for follow-up. Client call records may be kept with client account records while the engagement is active, plus a reasonable period after for tax, audit, legal-defense, customer-service, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Server access logs: typically 30-90 days, per Vercel defaults.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act, Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or Quebec’s Law 25. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of your personal information, and the right to withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email andrew@signifygeo.com with the request. We will respond within 30 days.
You can decline recording at the start of any call or ask us to stop recording during the call. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of related call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and AI-assisted notes by emailing andrew@signifygeo.com. We may keep a minimal record of the request and action taken, and we may retain information when required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
If you receive a business email from us and want to stop, reply to the email with “no thanks” or “stop” and we will remove you from outreach immediately.
If you receive a text message from us, reply “STOP” to opt out or “HELP” for help. You can also email andrew@signifygeo.com to update or withdraw text-message consent.
8. International transfers
Our team and several of our processors operate in Canada, the United States, and other countries. By contacting us or becoming a client, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence under appropriate legal safeguards.
9. Security
We use the security features of the provider tools listed above. We limit access to personal data to people who need it to do their work. No internet service is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we ever discover a breach that affects you.
10. Cookies and tracking
This website can run Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Ads measurement tags only when advertising measurement has been approved and explicitly enabled. Those tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and send page-view and conversion-event data to Meta or Google. The booking widget may also use browser storage governed by Cal.com’s privacy policy.
11. Children
Signify GEO is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
