1. Who we are

Signify GEO is operated by 1582636 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia corporation. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Signify GEO unless otherwise noted.

Contact: andrew@signifygeo.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you give us. That is usually:

We also collect basic technical information that any web server logs, like the date you visited a page and the browser you used. When advertising measurement is enabled for an approved test or campaign, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads measurement tags may also collect page views and basic interaction events so we can understand whether ads led to a booking inquiry.

3. Why we use it

Our legal basis for processing your information is your consent (when you book a call or reply to us) and our legitimate interest in running the business and providing services you have asked for.

4. SMS consent disclosures

Business name: 1582636 B.C. LTD. DBA Signify GEO.

The SMS consent checkbox on the Contact Us page is optional and unchecked by default.

5. Service providers we use

We use the following service providers to run the business. Each processes only the data needed for its job, under its own privacy policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are handled under the SMS-specific limit below.

We do not sell your personal information. When Meta Pixel or Google measurement is enabled, those providers may process event data for advertising measurement as described above.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This SMS-specific limit applies to your mobile phone number, text-message consent status, opt-out status, and text messaging originator opt-in records.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act, Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or Quebec’s Law 25. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of your personal information, and the right to withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email andrew@signifygeo.com with the request. We will respond within 30 days.

You can decline recording at the start of any call or ask us to stop recording during the call. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of related call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and AI-assisted notes by emailing andrew@signifygeo.com. We may keep a minimal record of the request and action taken, and we may retain information when required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

If you receive a business email from us and want to stop, reply to the email with “no thanks” or “stop” and we will remove you from outreach immediately.

If you receive a text message from us, reply “STOP” to opt out or “HELP” for help. You can also email andrew@signifygeo.com to update or withdraw text-message consent.

8. International transfers

Our team and several of our processors operate in Canada, the United States, and other countries. By contacting us or becoming a client, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence under appropriate legal safeguards.

9. Security

We use the security features of the provider tools listed above. We limit access to personal data to people who need it to do their work. No internet service is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we ever discover a breach that affects you.

10. Cookies and tracking

This website can run Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Ads measurement tags only when advertising measurement has been approved and explicitly enabled. Those tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and send page-view and conversion-event data to Meta or Google. The booking widget may also use browser storage governed by Cal.com’s privacy policy.

11. Children

Signify GEO is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
